  • What is your approximate shipping time?

    I am able to ship packages out every single day of the week, upon recieving an order you will get tracking information within 24-48 hours unless contacted regarding delay.

  • Do you offer wholesale glass partnerships?

    Yes, all partners should contact us directly for further discussions. To avoid any market misrepresentation, wholesale contracts are not be made to online retailers who do not also own a phsyical building or storefront for public sales.

  • Can I order custom glass designs with you?

    Yes, but it is limited. I prefer to work on designs that are my original, or very similar to. Part of custom work must be a change of color, adding additional items, etc to something that I have made. These requests will be handled individually and may not be available for long.

  • What is your return policy?

    I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

    Contact me within: 3 days of delivery

    Ship items back within: 3 days of delivery

    Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase

  • Conditions of return

    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
